Betrayal or being cheated is one of the most hurting things that a person can ever go through. A friend or you can say a sister of mine, has been going through this process for sometime now and it's very hard for her to forgive his spouse. It hurts her badly when she thinks of it.
She some time gets angry that she wants to stay away from him as far as possible and the poor guy's trying hard to make up for what he has done and it's still difficult.
According to Yahoo Health, Men's Health indicated that man cheat because of the following:

- to get attention
- to fulfill our biology
